Day 2: Arrival in Luang Prabang

Board in the morning at the Houayxay pier. Picked up by shared tuktuk at your hotel. Your ticket does not includes food and water, so buying before boarding is essential.

Can I pay in cash instead of bank transfer?

We ask for bank transfer in advance to guarantee your seat, since boats have limited capacity. If you're already in Huay Xai, contact us on WhatsApp and we can discuss options.

Where do I stay overnight in Pak Beng?

Public ticket holders arrange their own guesthouse on arrival in Pak Beng — there are plenty near the pier.
